For nearly two decades I have been working to master the tools for the rapidly exploding field of communications technology, including the Internet -- and I am ready to put these skills to work for you. Rather than view technology as a threat, I embrace it as a means for upgrading the marketing of your home. But it is important to keep the technology under control. In my view, the most effective approach to technology is to couple it with a high degree of personal marketing. I call it -- high tech, high touch!

At the end of the day, the most valuable asset any realtor has to offer is credibility. I have invested a lifetime earning the trust and respect of my colleagues, friends, and family. I am now asking you to give me a chance to earn your trust and respect as well.

My Clients Come First

Because of my broad background of experience, I am able to work effectively with clients whose backgrounds and interests are diverse. I am equally comfortable working with the first time home buyer who needs special financing and with the upscale home buyer who will pay cash for a million dollar home. When I represent a seller, I make sure that their home is presented in its most favorable light and marketed to the target audience most likely to be interested. 

I have given special attention to the challenges that many home owners are facing with mortgages that exceed the market value of their home. I offer free consultation to homeowners facing the loss of their home. My approach is to assist them in exploring all available options to foreclosure, e.g., loan modification, either negotiated with the lender or through utilizing the various federal mortgage relief programs now available. I assist them in determining the course of action that will be best for them in the short run and in the long run. If a short sale is the option that fits their circumstances best, I will guide them through the process including negotiation with their lender on their behalf. 

I will match my people skills with anyone but I use all forms of technology to leverage my time and hands on skills. I consider myself a high-tech, high-touch realtor.

Finally, I enjoy assisting buyers and sellers who are interested in undeveloped land whether as an investment or as a site for that special home in the country.
